Shipping & Lead Times & Returns
Every lamp is made to order in my Amsterdam studio. This means each piece is carefully handcrafted especially for you, resulting in a unique product made with great attention to detail.
Lead Times
Most of my lamps are made within 1–2 weeks.
Some designs may require a little longer. You can always find the estimated lead time on the individual product page.
Shipping
Once your lamp is finished, it will be carefully packed and shipped from Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Please note that shipping times are in addition to the production lead time and vary depending on the destination.
I currently ship to:
- European Union
- United States
- Australia
If you'd like to ship to a country not listed above, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'd be happy to provide you with a custom shipping quote.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped with tracked shipping.
Returns
Because every lamp is made to order, I unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I'll do my best to resolve it.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
